Cold summer

Such a coldness hugging an existance lost for months
or is it years since that light faded away?
She was walking bare feet on the snow
all these years through the coldness she smiled
flowers under her feet, sun around her arms
enemy of the Ice Queen and friend of The Light.

Frozen blood inside her veins now
no light, no sun, no summer in her hands
her hair burnt crops on winter's days
a forgotten song upon her lips
untouched and cold without life
drawn in her own dreams.

Snow flakes upon her eyelashes
frozen tears like crystals on her cheeks and a smile
so old that saw everyone's pain
a princess of a forgotten world with no love
that drank the water of oblivion
and let her die for their sins.
